The snopes article does clearly state that the picture is not edited in any way. Moreover, this was a humorous picture juxtaposed with another. It was a joke!. He was the kind of President you wanted to have a beer with; Obama is the kind of guy you want to share an organic mint tea with...or throw in his face, whatever.
